Knipex Self-Adjusting Crimping Pliers for crimping end sleeves (ferrules) in accordance with DIN 46228 Parts 1 + 4. Also suitable for all twin end sleeves (ferrules) up to 2 x 6mm² or 2 x AWG 8. Adjusts automatically to the desired size of end sleeve. An integral lock (with release mechanism) provides consistent crimping pressure. Whilst the ratchet mechanism (unlockable) allows for repetitive, high crimping quality.

The Knipex 98 Series Cable Knife is fitted with a ergonomically designed handle, VDE tested up to 10,000V and safe for work up to 1,000V. Conforms to DIN EN / IEC 60900. The handle provides a confident grip thanks to slip-proof soft components. It also features a comfortable slip guard.
